In the current Inquiry / reservation mode, no bank details are shown and no payment or payment receipt is requested through the website. What if a statutory cooling-off right applies to me?

The cancellation and withdrawal page explains the process. If a session may begin within 14 days and an applicable cooling-off regime requires it, the private reservation workflow can record a separate express early-performance request. Mandatory local consumer rights are not excluded.

Which files can I upload?

In Inquiry / reservation mode, the public workflow asks only for the signed coaching agreement. Paid mode may additionally request minimal payment evidence after genuine payment details are displayed.
